This is a generic property to be used for the sole purpose of submitting an application to be pre-approved for any property or to add-on to a property.

Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 2x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit, criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references (we do try to work with all applicants). There is a $60 Background Check Fee per tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). All tenants (and cosigners) must apply separately, so that we can screen everyone individually.

All Topher Realty rentals are non-smoking units and you must be at least 25 feet from a building to smoke.

All applicants with or without a pet/animal must complete a profile at https://topherrealty.petscreening.com

Topher Realty requires tenants to acquire and maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum $100,000 liability coverage.
