Once you've joined our "Home Trade Service" we go to work locating a property match while we market your property for trade exclusively to owners that own a property that fits your specified requirements. When a match property is located we negotiate much like a normal purchase. After terms are met we schedule a closing and the trade is completed. (Hint: The "Home Trade Service" can be added to any normal listing agreement.)
